“Women” este primul single lansat in America de pe albumul Hysteria din 1987,prima parte din cele doua pe care se gaseste si “Animals”(buna combinatie).La momentul lansarii,melodia a primit mult timp pe radio si pe TV si a fost cantata la MTV Video Music Awards.Cam asta e toata introducerea “oficiala” pe care o am despre cantecul asta,dar,atat de umplutura cat si de admiratie fata de aceasta trupa,imi voi lungi parerea persoanala.

Def Leppard ramane una dintre primele trupe Rock pe care le-am ascultat vreodata(intamplarea face ca toate sa fie Glam si/sau Hair)si CD-ul pe care mi-l aminteam mereu sa-l iau in masina la drum lung era cu muzica lor asa ca,mai de nevoie,mai de placere-mai de placere,le-am invatat toate melodiile.La “Women” chiar imi place tot,intro,riff,ritm,versuri,tot,e genul acela de melodie “misterioasa” care iti spune o poveste pe care crezi ca o stiai deja si pentru care tot stai atent sa o asculti.Ador schimbarile de tonalitate marcante pentru toate cantecele lor si “corul” de pe refren-incercati sa ascultati melodia asta pe timp de noapte in masina.A whole new exprience :) sau cum sa prezinti o poveste cu tenta religioasa Def Leppard style.
